Service and Repairs

Extend the lifespan and value and reliability of your printer by booking one of our expert engineers for a service.  We aim to provide a cost-effective, on-site service with minimum interruption to your production line.  Servicing is carried out by a highly trained technician, who endeavours to ensure that their work equals or exceeds a typical manufacturer service.  Each of our technicians are committed to providing a friendly, yet professional service and will be available for any questions.

What is included in the service?

Our engineers will perform a service and system safety check on your CIJ printer, which normally takes between 1 – 2 hours to complete.  During the service and safety check, engineers will replace ink and filters; check wiring terminations; ensure there are no leaks; confirm the machine is printing to optimum quality; check head alignment and viscosity are correct.

Why does my printer need a service?

Ink is continually circulating around the system as unprinted ink is sucked back from the print head and recycled.  As well as the returning ink, air born contamination in the form of dust and vapours enter the system degrading the ink quality.

Normally, printer servicing is recommended annually but this depends on your environment and usage.  Servicing proactively maintains the performance of your printer reducing the risk of production downtime and stoppages.

Does your printer need a repair?  If so, get in touch with us today and speak to our expert engineers. We can arrange for one of our engineers to visit your facility and repair your CIJ printer.  We aim to get your production line running as quickly as possible, at a fraction of the original manufacturer’s engineer call-out and repair pricing.
